As someone who values user experience and simplicity, I made sure to put my best effort into designing a platform that is easy to use and navigate. My goal was to create a tool that empowers both employers and employees alike, while also simplifying the often complex world of payroll management.
The story
The idea of DoEmploy started from our experience employing our own household employee.
She is working for other households for the rest of the time and it was always painful to see how people don’t always respect her employee rights.
This led us to the decision that a solution that will assure the employee rights from one side and protect the employers from unjustified claims on the other side is needed here.
